  • Training schedules vary by level, but most competitive gymnasts train between 3 to 6 days per week, with higher levels requiring more hours for strength, skill development, and routine preparation.

  • The Xcel Program offers a flexible, competitive path with customizable routines, ideal for gymnasts who want to compete with a more manageable training schedule. The Developmental Program (Levels 1–10) is a more structured and intensive track for athletes aiming to compete at higher levels, including collegiate and elite gymnastics.

  • Yes, we provide free evaluations for all new athletes interested in our competitive programs. This helps us find the right fit and allows families to get a feel for our coaching and training environment.
