Compulsory & Optional Teams

Beyond Gymnastics’ team program includes both Compulsory and Optional teams competing at local, state, regional and national levels. We also offer participation in the TOPS and HOPES programs for athletes pursuing the Elite track. Our team program has won numerous State Championship titles, Regional, and National place winners.

  • The Xcel Program offers a flexible, competitive path with customizable routines, ideal for gymnasts who want to compete with a more manageable training schedule. The Developmental Program (Levels 1–10) is a more structured and intensive track for athletes aiming to compete at higher levels, including collegiate and elite gymnastics.

  • Training schedules vary by level, but most competitive gymnasts train between 3 to 6 days per week, with higher levels requiring more hours for strength, skill development, and routine preparation.

  • Yes. Our gym is a proven stepping stone to college scholarships, national teams, and Olympic opportunities. Our training prepares athletes physically and mentally for the demands of high-level gymnastics and recruitment.
