  • Preschool Programs


    A fun, engaging introduction to gymnastics for kids up to 6 years old. These beginner-friendly classes build coordination, flexibility, and basic skills through playful activities in a safe, encouraging environment—while also supporting social development, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement.

    Designed for young athletes ready to advance, this program builds strength, confidence, discipline, and higher-level skills. Along with physical development, gymnasts grow mental resilience, teamwork, and goal-setting skills that support success both in sports and everyday life.

  • Special Olympics


    This inclusive class provides children with disabilities a supportive environment to build strength, coordination, and flexibility through adapted gymnastics. Special Olympics gymnastics promotes confidence, social connection, and a sense of achievement in a fun, encouraging setting.

Pre-school Programs

Gymnastic classes for walking toddlers up to 6 years old focused on developing fundamental movement skills such as balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength through age-appropriate activities like tumbling, jumping, climbing, and swinging.

  • Walking to 3 Years Old
    (45 minutes)

    Our Mom (or Dad!) and Me program is a great way to spend some time with your little one. This class helps toddlers get a head start on developing gross and fine motor skills, basic coordination, listening skills and interactive play. Parent and child participate in a variety of activities and age appropriate gymnastics.

  • 3 - 4 Years Old
    (45 minutes)

    Here our 3-4-year old boys and girls begin to venture out on their own increasing their self-confidence and basic gymnastics fundamentals. They will explore all Olympic apparatus through basic gymnastics and gross motor skills.

  •  4 - 6 Years Old
    (55 minutes)

    This program teaches the fundamentals of gymnastics on all Olympic apparatus to boys and girls ages 4-6 years old. You will enjoy watching your child continue to develop coordination, strength, balance and courage all while having fun in a safe environment.

  • 4 - 6 Years Old
    (85 minutes)

    In this program girls develop a broader skill base and are ready for more of a challenge. These young athletes will explore more complex gymnastics movements, physical activities, and strengthening skills all while continuing to expand their gymnastics skills.

School Age Programs

Our School-Age Gymnastics Program helps kids build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Through age-appropriate instruction on all gymnastics events, athletes develop solid fundamentals while improving focus, teamwork, and body awareness. Perfect for beginners and developing gymnasts who want to learn, move, and have fun!

  • Girls by Grade

    (55 minutes)

    Our Novice Gymnastics Class is perfect for beginners who are new to the sport. Gymnasts learn basic skills, proper technique, and safe progressions on all events while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. Classes are fun, encouraging, and focused on creating a strong foundation for future success.

  • Girls by Grade

    (85 minutes)

    Our Intermediate Gymnastics Class is designed for athletes who have mastered basic skills and are ready to progress. Gymnasts build on strong fundamentals while learning more challenging skills, improving strength, flexibility, and technique on all events. This class focuses on confidence, consistency, and skill development in a positive, motivating environment.

    This class is designed for experienced gymnasts ready to build on foundational skills and progress to more challenging techniques. Athletes will focus on continuing to develop strength, flexibility, and confidence. Perfect for girls with prior gymnastics experience who are eager to take their abilities to the next level in a fun, structured, and supportive environment.

  • Item desBoys by Grade

    Our Boys Gymnastics Class is designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence in a high-energy, supportive environment. Boys learn foundational and progressive skills on men’s events including floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar. Classes focus on proper technique, athletic development, and having fun while growing strong and confident.

Special Olympics

This program is based on fundamental movements, balance exercises, and skill-building activities that are adapted to each child's abilities, helping to improve motor skills, confidence, and overall physical fitness. Beyond the physical benefits, it fosters social interaction, self-esteem, and a sense of achievement.

  • At Beyond Gymnastics we believe in giving every child the opportunity to achieve his/her goals. 
    We strive to give individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to achieve these goals by providing them with a program to develop their physical fitness and confidence.

    Our Special Olympics program consists of 60 minute long classes run by our own competitive gymnasts.


    Classes typically begin and end with warm up/cool down and stretching.  
    * Class activities are based on the individual student's abilities.

    We design drills in line with Special Olympics requirements in the following events:

    • Vault

    • High Bar

    • Parallel Bars

    • Pommel Horse

    • Still Rings

    • Vault

    • Uneven Bars

    • Balance Beam

    • Floor

Recreational Program FAQ


    • For girls: A leotard is recommended, but a well-fitting t-shirt and shorts/leggings are also fine.

    • For boys: A well-fitting t-shirt and shorts are best.

    • No socks for either gender.

    • Avoid baggy clothes or open-cuff pants for safety.

    • No jewelry, except for small stud earrings.

    • Hair should be tied back.

    • A water bottle labeled with your child’s name (only water is allowed in the gym).

    • We have a filtered water bottle filler in the lobby.

    • No cups will be provided.

    • Classes are open for continuous enrollment throughout the year.

    • We have testing routinely throughout the session. If your child is ready to move up and there’s availability, you’ll receive an email with your options.

    • If you know your child will be absent, please schedule it through the Jackrabbit Parent Portal to notify the office and coach.

    • We offer one makeup class per month, which must be scheduled within 30 days of the absence.

    • Makeup classes can be scheduled in person, by phone, or via email at office@beyondgymnastics.com.

    • To withdraw, please complete the Google Withdrawal Form.

    • Submit the form by the 15th of the month prior to your desired withdrawal date, or you will be charged for the next month’s tuition.

    • The school session runs from September to June, and enrollment is ongoing as long as space is available.

    • Waitlists are available for full classes.

    • The summer session is separate, lasting about seven weeks, with registration opening in the spring.

    • Yes, trial classes are available and must be scheduled through the front office (via phone or email).

    • If you enroll after the trial, there’s no charge; otherwise, the trial class costs $12.

    • Follow Enter and Exit signs in the parking lot.

    • The lane in front of the ramp is for DROP-OFF ONLY (no parking or waiting).

    • You may park and walk your child in for class.

    • For pickup, please park and walk into the building.

    • Drive carefully through the parking lot, especially after dark, for everyone’s safety.

    • We do not follow any school district’s closing schedule, including Burlington Public Schools.

    • If the gym is closed, an email will be sent to all enrolled families, and a post will appear on our social media accounts.

    • Makeup classes will not be offered for weather-related closures.

    • You can choose between Autopay or Self Pay when registering.

    • Autopay: Tuition is automatically deducted on the 1st of each month using the payment information on file.

    • Self Pay: You can log into the Jackrabbit Parent Portal to pay by the 1st of each month, or pay in person by cash or check.

    • A $20 late fee will apply if payment is not made by the 7th of the month. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card.
